Ecomoryx shall not be responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information supplied by the client.
Ecomoryx may provide services involving Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Google, Meta, and other third-party platforms.
These platforms operate independently and may change their policies, algorithms, fees, systems, eligibility requirements, advertising systems, or account policies at any time.
Ecomoryx does not control such third-party platforms and therefore cannot guarantee:
Service fees and payment schedules will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Ecomoryx reserves the right to suspend services where required payments remain overdue.
Marketplace and advertising platform budgets are separate from Ecomoryx's professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Advertising performance may depend on product pricing, competition, listing quality, reviews, inventory, customer demand, seasonality, marketplace algorithms, and other external factors.
Ecomoryx does not guarantee a particular advertising return or sales outcome.
Ecomoryx retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, processes, templates, strategies, methodologies, tools, and proprietary materials.
Client-specific deliverables will be provided according to the agreed scope and commercial terms.
No proprietary Ecomoryx material may be copied, resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
Ecomoryx and the client agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information exchanged during the engagement.
Confidential information shall not be intentionally disclosed to unauthorized parties except where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary for providing the agreed services.
Ecomoryx may suspend or terminate services where there is:
Termination of services does not automatically waive outstanding payment obligations.
Ecomoryx will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services in accordance with the agreed scope.
However, Ecomoryx shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party marketplace decisions, technical failures, policy changes, account restrictions, market conditions, platform outages, or changes in advertising systems.
Ecomoryx shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, platform outages, cyber incidents, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
